Strictly Commercial, LLC acquires large multi-family properties that provide a minimum projected 8% return for investors during the holding period. The company also offers a portion of the equity upon sale of the property, which dramatically increases investors’ annualized returns.
All investments are secured by real estate. We actively seek and analyze properties in markets that have an increasing demand for multi-family units due to economic development. We typically hold properties for three to five years, depending on the specific property and the opportunity to add value to enhance appreciation, i.e., make capital improvements, increase occupancy, improve tenant profile, develop property management team, etc. Our investments are based on actual, “as is” numbers and all projections are disclosed in each prospectus.

Gail McCarthy, Principal, is an investor as well as a commercial real estate agent. Her investing experience began by buying/selling/leasing pre-foreclosure single-family residences and grew into forming national partnerships to buy large apartment complexes, currently comprising 252 units.

Dianne Shvanda, Marketing Director, is actively involved in all marketing aspects of real estate investing. Her real estate experience inludes both single family and multi-family projects as well as being a commercial real estate agent.
