Danville Park Apartments is a 152-unit complex with 120 garden-style apartments and 32 townhouse units. It has amenities which include a pool, newly-refurbished fitness room with access cards, a newly refurbished social room, wi-fi, on-site laundry, etc. After acquiring the property, we made significant capital improvements, improved the tenant profile and groomed a high-performance property management team.
